This is a collection of my earlier work to give context to my current creative pursuits.

Grandma's Junk Drawer
This painting won Best in Show at the Ashford University Senior Showcase in 2012.
When skeleton keys (a little bent from use), rust, and random buttons collected and forgotten await discovery.
New Yorker

These paintings were to be part of my senior thesis based on the status of hats in bygone eras. Burmese Lace inspiration was a headdress similar to ones found in “The King and I” and inverted lace umbrella. The others were combinations fascinator hats and textures including woven materials, netting, and feathers.
Spotting Tracy

Fascinator

Spotting Tracy and New Yorker hang in our dining room as they are among my few early works I treasure. They show where I started to develop my style and have a strong classic vibe while being vibrant.
